Himalayan Brown Bear Trust is a registered Trust under the Indian Trusts Act 1882 with vide registration no. IN-LA04194489856197U along with 80G, 12A and CSR1 registration. 

• It is mandatory as per the new Income Tax regulations (10BD & 10BE) for NGO’s to meticulously collect and submit the following information about their donors: (1) Full Name (2) Contact Number (3) Postal Address (4) PAN Card OR Aadhar Card number. We require this information to generate your Donation Receipt and 80G validation.

• Please send us an email to himalayanbrownbeartrust@gmail.com when you make a direct bank transfer or when you are posting a cheque with information requested above. Your donation receipt will be emailed to you within some days after the amount clears in our bank account.
